Happy Thursday everyone!
In my News Years Resolution , I stated that I was planning on being fit and skinny by a May of this year.
Surprisingly, I kept on track with it,
It was hard at first! Then when I began mentally telling myself that I need to eat smaller portions or exercise after I ate a lot.
In the beginning of January I weighed a total of 138lbs! I have never been that heavy, I understand I just had a baby, but I feel better about my self when I more fit and healthy!
Now , I currently weigh 122 lbs!
You are probably asking HOW DID SHE DO IT?!
I will tell you how!!
First off, eat well balanced portional meals! For example
My breakfast usually is:
Egg or beans
Oatmeal ( every other day)
Greek yogurt or green smoothie
My green smoothie consists of
- celery
- bananas
- organic strawberries
- organic wallaby keifers yogurt
My lunch is:
A bean burrito with cheese and sriracha
Or
Tuna with black beans and cheese and lettuce with sriracha in a spinach a tortilla
Or any fish with a salad or sweet potatoes fries
My snack:
A banana
Another green smoothie
Or plain water
I drink lots of WATER! My stomach does not like when I drink sodas or sugary drinks.
Plus I only have one coffee a week!
Dinner:
Either another bean burrito
Or
A ham or turkey wrap with lots of veggies and sriracha!
Basically anything in a smaller portion.
I also limit myself with sweets. For instance, I ate a small package of skittles that would be my sweet of that day.
If you really want to see effects you will need to discipline yourself. It is really hard at first!!! Trust me, once you make mental stamp in your head, and practice it everyday , then you will see progress!!
I exercise but it is not as hard core as I want it to be!
I usually go on walks with Hunt, or hold Hunter while I clean and vacuum for strenght. I need to do more physical activity to define my muscle tone.
I Am very blessed that I have lost all this weight! I am able to look nicer in my old clothes!! I love seeing results! I feel little more confident, just not fully up to where I need to be.
